This morning between 3:30 and 5:30 was supposed to be the peak viewing time for the Leonid Meteor Shower for this year. I woke up this morning at 2:00 and went to Miller’s Cove overlook on Foothills Parkway. I saw maybe a 100 or so while I was there, but most were really faint. Less than 20 were bright. Here’s one such one that was bright enough to be captured by the camera.
